4 salmon fillets, skinless

2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

2 tablespoons brined capers, drained and chopped

1 large tomato, diced

3 tablespoons cream cheese

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
