solid taste. not much better than prime comparisons but two things where i had issue:
1) patties are wider in diameter. I would prefer smaller diameter and thicker patties. i know 90% of folks that buy online want their patties THICK so you can better control medium rare/rare preference. These cook way too quick
2) im not sure how these are formed but the density is quite strong. ease up on the press machine please a little
3) packaging. I did have an issue with the way these are packed and contacted support who said they would take into consideration (as of May 2024). Mine came in quite deformed so i had to re-assemble patties myself
4) leaving 4 stars instead of 3 for the taste and price point (7.5$ per 8oz patty is ok for price and quality for may of 2024)
