CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
No, because our products are consumable perishables, it is our policy that products cannot be returned unless specifically requested. KAI Wagyu does not accept unauthorized returns. In the event that an unauthorized return is received, KAI Wagyu is not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?
KAI Wagyu strives to produce the best and highest quality product you can find. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can address your concerns and achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS?
KAI Wagyu does not issue refunds or replacements if: The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer. Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company. Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of god. Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered. A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to KAI Wagyu without authorization.
