2) solid mix of the taste – this is between kobe a5 and high end prime/angus/waguy breed mix. My wife cant eat kobe a5 as it is too fatty for her, im bored of angus and prime and american wagyu. This is a perfect mix of both worlds when you dont want to spend XXX for 1lb of steak and the taste is amazing in terms of proportion of fatty and meat!
