Wow, wow, wow! Steaks were BEYOND tender! Literally everyone was able to cut with steak with their fork. Cooked up a couple steaks for uncles 83rd birthday. He was a professional chef for over 60 years. He Cooked in some of the top restaurants in Las Vegas in the 60’s & 70’s and he couldn’t get over the texture, the tenderness and taste. All four of us agreed, these steaks were one of the best cuts of meat we have ever eaten. These steaks are in a class of their own!
