we’ve had Japanese Wagyu A5 and thought it was too rich, but the Australian Wagyu was the perfect balance between that richness and that amazing beef flavor. This was my wife and I’s first experience with Picanha and boy were we impressed. I cooked them sous vide and seared with a sears-all with great results. Fantastic product produced an amazing dinner. Kai Wagyu was super quick to ship, thorough in their packaging, and overall great to work with. I would 100% order from them again.
